* 🛏️ Rooms are Double Queen Suites, shared 2 per room by gender (everyone gets their own queen bed).&#x20;

* Quad rooms are friends-only, 4 booking together. Private rooms available for a fee.
* Single rooms are at request for an extra $900 fee (we know it's expensive, but the accommodation makes up the majority of the cost).

READ CAREFULLY. This is a legal document. By completing your ticket purchase and checking the acceptance box, you agree to this waiver and give up important legal rights, including the right to sue Peak & Pace Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("Peak & Pace"), for certain claims.

1. THE ACTIVITIES
I am voluntarily participating in a group trip organized by Peak & Pace at Camelback Resort over January 15-18, 2027 (the "Trip"), which may include: downhill skiing and snowboarding; ski and snowboard lessons; use of rental equipment; snow tubing; use of the Aquatopia indoor waterpark, including during private after-hours sessions; social events and parties at which alcohol is served; group meals; use of resort facilities; and round-trip coach transportation between New York City and the resort (together, the "Activities").

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that the Activities carry inherent and significant risks that cannot be eliminated, including but not limited to: falls and collisions while skiing, snowboarding, or tubing; changing snow, ice, and weather conditions; terrain and man-made features; equipment failure; drowning or injury in aquatic facilities; slips and falls; risks associated with alcohol consumption; vehicle travel risks; illness, including communicable disease; and the negligence of other participants or third parties. These risks can result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death, and in damage to or loss of property. I knowingly and voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, both known and unknown.

I acknowledge that skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing are subject to the inherent risks recognized under Pennsylvania law, including the Pennsylvania Skier's Responsibility Act, and that I am responsible for skiing and riding within my ability and in control at all times.

3. ELIGIBILITY, CONDUCT AND CONSENT

I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to agree to this document.
I am in adequate physical condition to participate in the Activities I choose, and I will not participate in any Activity beyond my ability or while impaired.
Alcohol will be served only by licensed venue staff, who will verify age (21+). I will comply with all venue rules and all instructions of resort staff and Peak & Pace organizers.
I understand Camelback Resort may require me to sign its own waivers and agreements (including for lift access, rentals, tubing, and the waterpark), and I will do so where required.
Peak & Pace may remove any participant from the Trip, without refund, for conduct that endangers themselves or others.
I consent to Peak & Pace sharing my name, contact details, and reservation information with Camelback Resort, transport providers, and other Trip vendors as needed to administer lodging, reservations, and the Activities.
I understand that my package includes the resort's nightly Resort Charge (covering Aquatopia waterpark access, WiFi, fitness center access, and related amenities), applicable taxes, and round-trip porterage gratuity. I understand that I must present a valid credit card at check-in, on which the resort will obtain a pre-authorization to cover personal incidental charges (such as room service, mini-bar, or damage), and that all such incidental charges are solely my responsibility.

4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Peak & Pace Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and event partners (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in the Trip or the Activities, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of any Released Party. This release does not extend to gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be waived as a matter of law.

I understand that Camelback Resort and its affiliates operate the resort, the mountain, the waterpark, and related facilities, and that Peak & Pace does not control those premises or operations and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the resort, venues, transport providers, or other third parties.

5. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of my own acts or omissions during the Trip, including any damage I cause to resort property, lodging, or equipment.

6. MEDICAL TREATMENT AND INSURANCE
I authorize Peak & Pace and its representatives to obtain or provide emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to consent. I understand that I am responsible for all costs of such treatment. I understand that Peak & Pace does not provide medical, travel, or trip-cancellation insurance for participants, and I am responsible for maintaining my own coverage.

7. MEDIA RELEASE
I understand that photography and videography will take place throughout the Trip. I grant Peak & Pace and its designated partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use my name, image, likeness, and voice as captured at the Trip in any media, for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, including use by Trip sponsors, without further compensation or approval. If I do not wish to be featured, I will notify Peak & Pace in writing before the Trip and make reasonable efforts to identify myself to photographers on site.

8. PERSONAL PROPERTY, TRAVEL AND CONDITIONS
Peak & Pace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Departure times for group transportation are fixed; I am responsible for arriving on time, and for my own travel arrangements and costs if I miss a scheduled departure. Itinerary elements (including activities, venues, and schedules) may change due to weather, resort operations, or other circumstances, and such changes do not entitle me to a refund.

No particular snow or weather conditions are guaranteed. Skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, and other outdoor Activities are subject to weather, temperature, snowmaking capability, and the resort's operational decisions, none of which Peak & Pace controls. If the resort limits or closes slope or outdoor operations, Peak & Pace may adjust, substitute, or credit the affected ski-related components (such as lift access, equipment rentals, or lessons) at its reasonable discretion, and such adjustments do not entitle me to a refund of the remaining Trip package, which proceeds regardless of conditions.

9. REFUNDS, PAYMENT PLANS AND CANCELLATION
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, including where I am unable to attend for any reason, miss the Trip or any Activity, or where payment is made in installments (all remaining installments stay due).

If I pay by installment plan, each installment is due in full on its published date, and completing all scheduled payments on time is a condition of attending the Trip. If any installment remains unpaid five (5) days after its due date, Peak & Pace may, at its option: (a) cancel my reservation and release my spot, in which case all amounts I have already paid are forfeited and non-refundable; or (b) maintain my reservation, in which case all remaining installments remain due and payable.

A ticket may be transferred once to another eligible participant who completes this waiver, by written request to Peak & Pace no later than January 2, 2027; no cash is returned on a transfer. In the sole event that Peak & Pace cancels the Trip in its entirety and it is not rescheduled, ticket payments will be refunded or credited. A postponement or rescheduling of the Trip, or changes to the itinerary under Section 8, do not entitle me to a refund.

10. GENERAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force and effect. This agreement is binding on me and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

BY CHECKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX AND COMPLETING MY PURCHASE, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE, I UNDERSTAND IT, AND I AGREE TO IT VOLUNTARILY, WITH THE SAME FORCE AS AN ORIGINAL SIGNATURE.
