PEAK AND PACE VACATION & TRAVEL EXPERIENCE LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

This Liability Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement is entered into between Peak and Pace Corporation, its directors, officers, owners, employees, volunteers, representatives, contractors, and partners (together referred to as Peak and Pace) and the undersigned participant.

By signing below, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms as a condition of participation in any Peak and Pace retreats, vacations, group trips, or travel-related activities.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that travel activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, slips, falls, physical injury, illness, adverse weather, elevation, water activities, transportation incidents, equipment failure, property loss, theft, animal encounters, unpredictable environments, food or alcohol related incidents, and any other hazards associated with domestic or international travel.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with participating in this Peak and Pace trip.

2. Release of Liability

I fully and forever release Peak and Pace from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from participation in this trip. This includes injury, disability, death, illness, property damage, negligence (ordinary or gross), or any other consequences arising from activities or travel with Peak and Pace.

I understand that Peak and Pace is not responsible for travel arrangements, airline delays or cancellations, injuries, accommodations, transportation issues, medical needs, local services, or the actions of third party vendors or other participants.

3. Health and Medical Responsibility

I confirm that I am mentally and physically fit to participate and that it is my responsibility to evaluate my own health and activity level. I accept full responsibility for any medical issues, health complications, allergic reactions, hospital expenses, or emergency situations that may occur during the trip.

I agree that Peak and Pace is not required to provide medical care, insurance, medication, or emergency support of any kind.

4. No Guarantees

I understand that schedules, accommodations, itineraries, and activities are subject to change without notice. I acknowledge that Peak and Pace makes no promises or guarantees regarding weather conditions, lodging, transportation, safety, or trip outcomes.

5. Personal Belongings

I agree that Peak and Pace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. I accept full responsibility for my belongings throughout the trip.

6. Photos and Media Rights

I grant Peak and Pace permission to capture, use, and publish photos, videos, and media of me during the trip for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peak and Pace from any lawsuits, claims, costs, or liabilities arising from my participation in this trip, including claims made by others.

8. Binding Agreement

I understand that by signing below I waive my right to sue Peak and Pace. This agreement is binding upon me, my family, my heirs, my estate, and any assigns or representatives.

I confirm that I have read this waiver in full, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily.
