*Description*: **3.5 miles, 410’ of total elevation gain.** 

This loop route has three magnificent overlook areas (Razor Point, Yucca Point, and Broken Hill - reached by brief out\&back sections) as you hike on bluffs high above the ocean.&#x20;



Enjoy stunning views of the Pacific and San Diego coastline - you’re near the famed Torrey Pines golf courses and hang-gliding areas. Moderately challenging ups and downs on well maintained trail, with final descent to parking lot on paved park road.

*Parking*: Torrey Pines State Reserve - 12600 N Torrey Pines Rd, La Jolla, CA 92037



Enter Torrey Pines State Reserve and drive uphill on Torrey Pines Park Rd. Visitors Center parking lot (water, bathrooms). If lot is full you can try Torrey Pines beach parking/PCH parking at the entrance (0.9 miles back where you came from)



*Time*: Meet at 9:30am to get fitted with Peluva demo shoes for your hike. Hike will depart at 10:00am and take 1-2 hours.

Event: Primal Footprint, Inc - Community Hike Event Waiver

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that a group hike involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Physical exertion and heart stress.

Encountering unpredictable terrain (slippery rocks, steep inclines, loose gravel).

Weather-related hazards (heat, cold, rain, lightning).

Wildlife encounters.

Remote locations where medical care may be delayed.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.

2. FOOTWEAR AND EQUIPMENT DISCLAIMER

I understand that Primal Footprint, Inc. (aka Peluva) may provide "demo" or "test" footwear for use during this event. I acknowledge that:

Proper fit is my responsibility. If the footwear feels uncomfortable or unstable, I will notify a staff member immediately.

Using unfamiliar footwear may increase the risk of trips, falls, or blisters.

I am not required to wear the provided footwear and choose to do so at my own risk.

The company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance of the footwear on this specific terrain.

3. PHYSICAL CONDITION & MEDICAL CONSENT

I certify that I am in good health and have no physical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in a hike of a significant degree of difficulty. In the event of an injury, I authorize Primal Footprint, Inc. staff to secure first aid or medical treatment on my behalf, and I agree to be responsible for any costs incurred.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Primal Footprint, Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and trail guides from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in this hike, including any injury or damage caused by the negligence of the released parties.

5. MEDIA AND PHOTO RELEASE

I grant Primal Footprint, Inc. the irrevocable right to use my image, likeness, and voice captured during this event in any media (including social media, website, and print advertising) for promotional purposes without compensation to me.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If any portion of this waiver is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.
