Join us for a morning of movement, reggaetón, and community as we celebrate two incredible years of empowering Latinas through wellness, cultura, and amigas.



Whether you're walking your first 2 miles or chasing a new 5K PR, there's a pace for everyone... and once we cross the finish line, the party begins. 🎉

By signing this waiver, enrolling, and/or attending The LiLA Society and The Latina Confidential classes, events, or activities, whether online, offsite, in a location associated with The LiLA Society and The Latina Confidential, or using equipment provided by The LiLA Society and The Latina Confidential (collectively, “Workouts”), you hereby acknowledge and agree, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns (collectively, “you” and/or “yourself”), that:

PHYSICAL CONDITION OF PARTICIPANT

You are in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment, or ailment that would prevent you from participating in The LiLA Society Workouts/Runs/Walks or be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, or physical condition should you participate. You acknowledge that The LiLA Society, nor any of their Trainers, Team Members, Owners, Managers, or Agents, have made claims as to medical results or suggested medical treatment to you. You acknowledge that it is recommended you consult a doctor prior to starting a fitness program. You understand that it is your responsibility to inform your Trainer about any pain, limitations, or conditions before, during, or after participating in Workouts so that the Workout can be terminated immediately.

GENERAL ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability Waiver
By registering for and participating in this event, I acknowledge that running, walking, and participating in event activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, property damage, or, in rare cases, death, slipping and falling, excess fatigue or stress, muscle strain, heat exhaustion, exposure to sickness, or any other unforeseen cause. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
I hereby release and hold harmless The LiLA Society, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and event organizers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including any injury or accident that may occur before, during, or after the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I certify that I am physically able to participate in the event and understand that I am responsible for my own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the event.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in The LiLA Society events may involve physical activities such as Pilates, walking, yoga, running, or similar exercises, and I assume all risks associated with such participation. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in the event and that I am physically able to engage in such activities.

Liability Release

I hereby release and discharge The LiLA Society, their organizers, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any injury or damage I may suffer while participating in the event. This release is valid regardless of whether the injury or damage is caused by negligence or any other reason.

Photo/Video Release

I give full permission to The LiLA Society to take photographs and/or video recordings of me during the event. I understand that these images or recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, websites, and other promotional materials.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation or royalties from the use of these images or recordings and that all rights to the images belong to The LiLA Society . I also understand that my likeness may be edited, altered, or used in any manner without further consent.
If having your photo released poses a threat to your safety, please notify the event host.

Marketing & Information Sharing Consent
By registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree that my registration information, including my name, email address, and any other contact information I provide, may be shared with Mediheal for its marketing and promotional purposes.
I understand that Mediheal may contact me with information about its products, promotions, special offers, events, or other marketing communications. I understand that I may opt out of receiving such communications from Mediheal at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in their communications or by contacting Mediheal directly.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
