By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in Perreo & Pilates, I acknowledge that this event involves physical activity, including but not limited to Pilates, dance-based movement, and exercise, which carries inherent risks of injury.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and certify that I am physically able to participate. I agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop participation if I feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
I hereby release and hold harmless Socialista Club LLC, HiLi Fitness, Taco Kat, all instructors, staff, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
I understand that participation is voluntary and that no medical supervision is provided. I am responsible for my own health, safety, and personal belongings.
By attending this event, I also grant permission for Socialista Club LLC to use any photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
I agree to these terms and waive any right to legal action against the above-mentioned parties.
