By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a fitness class hosted by Socialista Club LLC. I understand this class involves physical activity and may carry risks of injury.
I release Socialista Club LLC, HILI Fitness, Taco Kat, their instructors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.
I confirm that I am in good health, physically able to participate, and that I will follow all instructions during the event. I accept full responsibility for my participation.
I also grant Socialista Club LLC permission to capture and use photos, videos, and media recordings of me during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation.
All ticket sales are final, and this event is non-refundable.
