1. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that my participation in The Amity Collective event involves physical activities such as pickleball and pilates, as well as creative activities such as bouquet making. I understand that these activities carry certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, trips, falls, muscle strains, equipment-related injuries, allergic reactions (e.g., flowers, food, alcohol), or other unforeseen hazards.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, or property damage arising out of or related to my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Amity Collective, Solarium, and all of their officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, and affiliates (collectively “the Hosts”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during or as a result of this event.

I understand this release applies to all forms of liability, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Alcohol & Food Consumption

I acknowledge that food and alcoholic beverages may be served at this event. I certify that I am at least 21 years of age if I choose to consume alcohol, and I accept full responsibility for my own actions, consumption, and any resulting consequences.

4. Medical Treatment

I understand that I am responsible for my own health and well-being. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Hosts to obtain medical treatment for me, and I agree to assume all related costs.

5. Photo & Video Release

I grant permission to the Hosts to capture, use, and publish photographs or video footage of me taken during the event for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product or compensation for its use.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

7. Acknowledgment & Signature

I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and release. I acknowledge that I am signing this document voluntarily and intend for it to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
