PILATES EVENT DISCLAIMER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this Pilates event hosted under Conroe Girls Who, you acknowledge and voluntarily agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in a Pilates and fitness-based event involves inherent physical risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, known and unknown, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, falls, improper use of equipment, illness, emotional distress, or any other physical or mental injury that may occur before, during, or after the event, whether on or off the premises.

Fitness & Medical Acknowledgment
You certify that you are physically able to participate in this activity and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. You understand that you should consult a physician prior to engaging in physical activity if you have any concerns. You agree to listen to your body, modify movements as needed, and stop participation immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Right to Refuse or Limit Participation
You acknowledge that instructors and event organizers reserve the right to refuse, limit, or stop your participation at any time if they believe your participation may pose a risk to your health or safety, or to others. You agree to comply with all instructions, guidance, and safety recommendations provided.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Conroe Girls Who, its founder and event organizer (Haley Spangler), event staff, volunteers, Bodybar Pilates, The Vale venue, all instructors, sponsors, vendors, collaborators, and any affiliated or participating parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death connected to your participation in the event, including claims arising from negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties, including the individual event organizer, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in the event or your actions before, during, or after the event.

Instruction & Equipment Acknowledgment
You understand that all instruction is provided for general guidance only. You are solely responsible for performing exercises within your own limits and for the safe use of any equipment, props, or space provided.

Alcohol & Personal Responsibility
If alcohol is available before, during, or after the event, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and choose to consume responsibly and at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your behavior and any consequences related to alcohol consumption. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for alcohol-related actions or outcomes.

Health, Allergies & Food/Drink
You acknowledge that any food or beverages may pose risks related to allergies or sensitivities. You assume full responsibility for any reactions or health issues. The Released Parties are not responsible for any food-related or beverage-related illness or reactions.

Personal Property
You are solely responsible for your personal belongings at all times. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Photo & Video Release
By attending, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. You grant permission for your image, likeness, and/or voice to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by Conroe Girls Who and event partners without compensation or further approval.

Severability
If any portion of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment & Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability, and acknowledge that you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to bring a claim against the Released Parties.
