**We’re on a mission to find out which fans reign supreme!**
Welcome to **Pickleball Fight Club: Bears vs. Packers Fans Edition,** where we’ll see which team truly dominates, on and off the court. Spots are limited for each side, so don’t wait to claim yours!

Not a Bears or Packers fan? No problem, pick a side and wear black. This is the *only* time Bears and Packers fans will battle it out under one roof!

**Here’s how it works:**

* Each team (Bears/Packers) has a set number of players.
* Play up to 5 points, rules 4 on 4 off
* The team with the most points will be crowned **champions**!

**Everyone is invited,** all skill levels welcome, plus we’re including a **free beginner lesson**.

In addition, we’re offering an 11 AM yoga session with Giavanna from Higher Vibration Living. This class will be held separately from the pickleball activities, so you can enjoy a focused and relaxing practice.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in pickleball activities, events, and programs (“Activities”), I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that pickleball involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, collisions, or other accidents.

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in these Activities.

Release & Waiver

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, event staff, facility owners, and all other affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, or liability for injury, illness, damage, or loss that may result from my participation in these Activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment

In the event of injury, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary. I understand I am responsible for any costs related to such treatment.

Photography & Media Release

I grant permission for photos, videos, or other media of me taken during the Activities to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Compliance

I agree to follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by event organizers and facility staff.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this Waiver & Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
