510 Society – Pickle & Palomas Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By attending and participating in the Pickle & Palomas event hosted by 510 Society, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in physical activities, including but not limited to Pickleball, fitness instruction, and related wellness activities, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to engaging in any physical activity if I have concerns.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge 510 Society, its owners, event organizers, instructors, vendors, sponsors, partners, and the venue from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may be sustained while participating in or attending the event.

I understand that alcohol may be served at this event. I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and acknowledge that 510 Society is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from my alcohol consumption.

I agree that 510 Society is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event.

I grant permission to 510 Society and its partners to capture and use photographs, video, and other media of me taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

I agree to follow all event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by event staff and instructors. I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
