Join wellness practitioner, yoga instructor, and movement specialist Jason Amis for a recovery focused session that blends yoga, mobility, stretching, balance, and functional movement. With more than 20 years of experience helping active adults move better and feel stronger, Jason’s welcoming teaching style makes this class accessible for everyone, whether you’ve never tried yoga or already have a regular practice.

You’ll leave feeling looser, stronger, and more energized while learning simple techniques to improve flexibility, reduce soreness, support balance and stability, and enhance your performance on and off the court.
