By reserving a spot or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

This is a 21+ fitness event held in a nightclub-style venue. You are voluntarily participating in physical activity (Pilates) at your own risk. Movement With Sadie (MWS), Sadie Reidy, and the venue Fast Ferrari are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or incidents that may occur before, during, or after class.

This event includes flashing lights, strobe effects, loud music, and immersive visuals that may not be suitable for those with epilepsy, light sensitivity, or neurological conditions. You are responsible for knowing your own limits and attending only if medically safe for you to do so.

Alcohol may be present at the venue. If you consume alcohol before or during class, you do so at your own discretion and liability. MWS and Fast Ferrari are not liable for any consequences or injuries related to alcohol use.

Media Notice: This event will be recorded and photographed. There may be professional videographers, photographers, drones, and other attendees capturing content. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in marketing and social media by MWS. If you do not wish to appear in any media, you must notify the instructor or media team before class begins.

	•	All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
	•	Tickets are non-transferable unless arranged in advance and approved by MWS staff.
	•	Entry is restricted to guests 21 years and older. A valid ID may be required at check-in.
	•	MWS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

By attending, you confirm you are 21+, medically cleared, and fully understand the risks involved. You release Movement With Sadie (MWS), its instructors, and Fast Ferrari from any and all liability, including in cases of negligence.
