We're keeping festival season going all month long with Pilates After Dark: The Festival Edit.&#x20;



The night will kick off with a Pilates class taught by Riv to a DJ set by Louis IV. After class, DJ Jack Efron will hop on the decks with a sunset house music set.&#x20;



Stay for the social hour and shop all of our unique, festival-coded vendors. We will have a tarot card reader, tooth gems, custom phone cases, a charm bar, a yoga mat brand, a tattoo artist (sign-ups and tattoo designs TBA on Insta!), chair massages, custom embroidery (you can even bring an item from home that you want embroidered!), elevated smoking accessories (it is a festival after all),  a free custom sticker machine, and many more vendors to be announced!!&#x20;



The event will be captured on disposable film cameras donated by Strap Photo Club.&#x20;



**<u>Please bring your own mat</u>** for class (and a water!) and arrive at 5:30pm to ensure a <u>5:45pm class start time. </u> A select number of mats will be available to rent for $5 via Venmo or Zelle.&#x20;



The event will take place on the Community Lawn of the Scottsdale Resort. Just park in the hotel parking lot, walk toward the hotel entrance, and you will see the lawn!&#x20;

Pilates

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that Pilates, fitness activities, and related exercises involve physical movement and carry inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, or other physical injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate in this event and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or other harm that may occur.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of my participation, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Pilates By Riv LLC, its owner(s), instructors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, damage, or harm I may sustain while participating in or attending this event.

3. Media Release

I grant permission for Pilates By Riv LLC to use any photos or videos taken at the event for promotional purposes, without compensation to me.

4. Acknowledgment

I have read and understood this waiver. By purchasing a ticket, I agree to these terms voluntarily and fully release Pilates By Riv LLC from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Governing Law & Venue 
This waiver shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action relating to this event shall be brought exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona.

6. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this event or this waiver shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Maricopa County, Arizona. Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
