Join Perreo and Pilates at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, for a special summer Pilates pop-up celebrating the energy of the beautiful game! ⚽️

On June 7th & June 14th, MFAHouston, is giving back to the community with FREE Pilates classes, designed to bring movement, culture, and community together.

Throw on your favorite soccer jersey, grab your mat, and get ready for a fun morning workout surrounded by art and good vibes.&#x20;

Class begins at 9AM and spots are limited, an RSVP is required. Parking and event logistics will be shared closer to the date of the event!&#x20;

RIGHTS.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a Pilates class or event
organized by Perreo& Pilates, organized by CBC-Marketing and her team. I understand and agree to the
following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in Pilates involves physical exertion and may include exercises that
carry a risk of injury. I confirm that I am voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated
with this activity, including but not limited to falls, muscle strains, sprains, or other injuries.
2. Health and Medical Condition
I affirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe
participation. I agree to consult a physician before participating if I have any concerns. Before the
class begins, I will notify the instructor of any existing injuries or limitations.
3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Perreo & Pilates, CBC-Marketing, instructors, event
organizers, sponsors, venue owners, and all affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities,
demands, or causes of action related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage I may sustain as a
result of my participation.
4. Photography and Media Release
I grant Perreo & Pilates and CBC-Marketing, permission to use photos, videos, or recordings of
me taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
5. Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Perreo & Pilates, CBC-Marketing representatives to
obtain necessary medical treatment for me. I understand that I am responsible for any associated
medical costs.
6. Acknowledgment of Policies
I agree to follow all class guidelines and instructions from instructors to ensure a safe and
enjoyable experience for all participants.
