** Pilates at the Garden  – Participant Waiver & Release (Digital Agreement)**

By Purchasing this ticket and registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

**1. Health & Physical Activity Acknowledgment**
I understand that Pilates and fitness activities involve physical movement and may carry a risk of injury. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and take full responsibility for my health during the event.

**2. Assumption of Risk**
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Pilates classes and event activities, including but not limited to injury, discomfort, or unforeseen incidents.

**3. Release of Liability**
I hereby release and hold harmless Bloom & Luxe Rentals, event hosts, instructors, sponsors (including DJ Mindy Mars and Shine Society Fit Shop), vendors, and the venue from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

**4. Equipment Use**
I understand that all Pilates mats and equipment are provided for my use. I agree to use all equipment properly and as instructed and accept responsibility for any misuse.

**5. Photo & Video Release**
I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes by the event organizers and partners.

**6. Personal Belongings**
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that the event hosts are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

**Agreement**
By purchasing this ticket, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
