By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a Pilates class and related event activities hosted by Bloom & Flow Collective. I understand that physical exercise and participation in outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, muscle strains, illness, contact with other participants, uneven terrain, weather conditions, and, where applicable, interaction with animals.
I certify that I am physically able to participate and assume full responsibility for my health and safety during the event. I agree to participate at my own risk and release, waive, and discharge Bloom & Flow Collective, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, venue partners, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I understand that Bloom & Flow Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
I also grant permission for Bloom & Flow Collective to photograph or record the event and to use my likeness in future promotional and marketing materials without compensation.
By purchasing this ticket, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this liability waiver.
