By purchasing a ticket, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and voluntarily choose to participate in the Bloom & Flow Collective Pilates class and included train ride. I understand that exercise and visiting a pumpkin patch involve risks, including falls, injury, and changes in weather or ground conditions. I will participate at my own pace, follow the instructor’s and venue’s directions, and stop if I feel unwell. I am responsible for deciding whether I am able to participate and for seeking medical advice if needed.

To the extent permitted by California law, I release Bloom & Flow Collective and its instructors and staff from claims arising from the ordinary risks of my participation or their ordinary negligence. I understand that this waiver does not release claims that cannot legally be waived. I am responsible for my personal belongings and vehicle.
