Girls New to North Dallas: Pilates & Besties Event Waiver & Release of Liability - Photo & Video Release 
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in physical activities, including but not limited to Pilates, and receiving wellness services such as facials, massages, and scalp consultations, involves inherent risks. These risks may include injury, illness, allergic reactions, or other unforeseen conditions.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.



2. Medical Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this event. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any medical concerns.
I agree to inform instructors or service providers of any injuries, allergies, or conditions prior to participation.



3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Girls New to North Dallas, event organizers, instructors, partners, sponsors, venue, and all associated personnel from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or damages that may occur during or after the event.



4. Third-Party Services
I acknowledge that certain services (including facials, massages, and consultations) are provided by third-party vendors. I agree that Girls New to North Dallas is not responsible for any outcomes, reactions, or issues resulting from these services.



5. Photo & Video Release
I understand that this event will be photographed and recorded.
By attending, I grant permission to Girls New to North Dallas and its partners to capture, use, and publish photos and videos of me for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these images or videos.



6. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued unless otherwise stated.



7. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
