Come celebrate Kimberly, the founder of Chi Girl Wellness at Namastate of Mind on Saturday, August 16 at 5:30 PM for an outdoor Mat Pilates class in the serene garden!
We'll flow through a refreshing mat pilates session, surrounded by nature, good vibes, and birthday energy. After class, stick around for complimentary sweet treats, FREE mobile coffee cart & more to keep the celebration going!
✨ Wearing pink is preferred but not required—bring your good energy, and let’s celebrate together! Mats are provided!
