A 60-minute mat pilates class led by Body So Tea Community Founder, Coach Lessy

Grab your coffee from Mothership Coffee, explore local vendors, shop, connect with the girlies, and relax on the lawn after class!

Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participation in the Pilates & Coffee event involves physical activity indoors or outdoors including mat pilates, stretching, strength training, balance exercises, and other fitness activities. As with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, falls, or more serious injuries. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks related to participation in this event.

Medical Disclaimer
I confirm that I have consulted with a physician regarding my ability to participate in pilates and physical exercise, or that I am physically capable of participating without any medical restrictions. I will inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, or other concerns that may affect my participation. I understand that if I have any medical conditions, I should consult my doctor before participating.

Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Pilates & Coffee event hosted by Baddies Love Coffee: I release, waive, and discharge Baddies Love Coffee, its founder, instructors, volunteers, partners, venue providers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, or damages resulting from participation in this event or use of equipment. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baddies Love Coffee and its representatives from any claims, demands, or actions arising from my participation in this event. I understand that this release applies to all activities during the event, including but not limited to: pilates instruction, coffee service, social activities, and use of venue facilities.

Photo/Video Release
I grant permission to Baddies Love Coffee to use photographs or video taken during the event for promotional purposes including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials. I understand that these images may be used without compensation to me.

Event Policies Agreement
Ticket Policy: I understand that all ticket sales are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future events. Tickets are transferable - I may sell or gift my ticket to someone else if I cannot attend.

Conduct: I agree to follow all event rules, treat other participants with respect, and maintain a positive environment for all attendees.

Personal Property: Baddies Love Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the event.

Food & Beverages: I understand that coffee and refreshments will be available for purchase. I am responsible for any food allergies or dietary restrictions and will inform staff of any concerns.

Venue Rules: I agree to follow all venue-specific rules and regulations during the event.

Age Requirement
I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Changes and Cancellations
Baddies Love Coffee reserves the right to change event details, instructors, schedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Baddies Love Coffee, participants will be notified and offered a credit for a future event.

By signing below and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this waiver. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights and am signing this voluntarily.
