Bring: mat, water, towel, light weights/ankle weights, and optional grippy socks.

EVRY — Liability Waiver & Release

By participating in any Pilates, fitness, or wellness class hosted by EVRY Wellness / EVRY Pilates Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that Pilates, fitness training, and wellness activities involve physical movement that may include strenuous exercise. I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, falls, or aggravation of existing conditions. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for my health and safety.

2. Health Certification

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this activity and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to consult a physician prior to attending if I have any health concerns.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge EVRY Wellness, EVRY Pilates Studio, Vita Tran, instructors, team members, event partners, and all associated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the class or event.

4. Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any injury or loss I may incur. I agree to listen to my body, modify when needed, and stop immediately if I feel pain or dizziness.

5. Photography & Media (Optional Clause)

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during classes or events for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. By attending, I grant permission for EVRY to use such media.
(If I do not want to be filmed/photographed, I will notify the instructor before class.)

6. No Refunds / Late Arrivals

I understand that all ticket sales, donations, or class fees are final unless stated otherwise. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed entry depending on space.

7. Agreement

By attending this class/event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver & Release.
