Join us for the final Pilates Festival of the year as we bring together the  girls to move, connect, and celebrate.

&#x20;This finale is rooted in gratitude, reflection, and flowing together one last time in 2025, while setting intentional energy for the year ahead.

**Dress Code**
Come dressed in your favorite workout set, glam it up, accessorize, add a little extra, and show up feeling your most confident self. ✨

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

By purchasing a ticket and checking the box at checkout, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the following waiver and release of liability for participation in the Pilates Festival Finale of 2025 hosted by Pilates & Lattes Club at The Gates Hotel South Beach, Miami Beach, Florida.

I understand that participation in Pilates, barre, sculpt, fitness classes, and related wellness activities involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, dizziness, dehydration, falls, or other physical harm. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to engaging in any fitness activity if I have concerns regarding my health.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Pilates & Lattes Club, its co-founders, instructors, contractors, volunteers, sponsors (including but not limited to UNWELL Hydration), and venue partners, including The Gates Hotel South Beach, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including use of the hotel facilities and pool access.

I understand that my ticket includes pool access after the event and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the pool and hotel amenities.

I grant permission for Pilates & Lattes Club to use photographs or video taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

I acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.

By checking the box at checkout, I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age, or I am the parent/legal guardian of a minor participant, and that this agreement is legally binding.
