Join us on August 2nd from 1 to 3:30 PM at House of Core West U! The fun kicks off with 30 minutes of energizing Mat Pilates starting at 1 PM (max 20 spots), followed by wellness vendors and mini activities like craft making, chair massages, and scrub making. 🍹 Plus, enjoy refreshing mocktails! ✨ Wellness experiences will be available for an extra cost.
Bring clothing donations for Dress for Success and The Cottage Shop for a chance to win a fab raffle prize! 🎉 See flyer on @wellnessforhou for clothing drive guidelines.
