Join us Saturday, February 8th at 11:00am for a Mat Pilates class led by Petia Stoykova! In efforts to support the relief and recovery efforts related to the devastation of wildfires in LA, we are hosting a donation based class where all proceeds will go towards the Wildfire Relief Fund 2025. 

Please bring your own mat with you :)

About the class:
This multilevel Mat Pilates class will be focusing on incorporating the classical repertoire with an emphasis on strengthening the glutes & abs while simultaneously lengthening the muscles. It will also use the Pilates principles of connecting breath while flowing through each movement, as well as creating more muscle awareness through slow and controlled movements. 

About the instructor: 
Petia is a dynamic Pilates instructor with a passion for optimising daily life through movement. She is originally from Eastern Europe, but has enjoyed becoming a Miami local. She loves to radiate light and create a motivating and uplifting environment for her students. She is trained in Reformer & Mat Pilates as well as holds her 200 hour yoga certificate and a Barre training.
