We’re taking over the iconic Kingdom Nightclub for two nights of movement, music, and pure energy. Step into a whole new experience where deep house meets deep core, beats by DJs Anderson and Jeffy, spinning melodic techno and underground techno sets live.

Schedule:
	•	Doors open: 5:30 PM (First Class) / 6:30 PM (Second Class)
	•	Class 1 Starts: 6:30 PM
	•	Class 2 Starts: 7:30 PM

PARKING IS VERY LIMITED – It’s downtown Austin, so plan ahead. There is no dedicated parking for this event. Use street parking or nearby lots, and arrive early to secure a spot.

What to bring:
	•	Your own yoga mat (required — we will not have extras!)
	•	Easy slip-on shoes — floors will be shoes-off for sanitation.
	•	The club floor will be fully covered with brand-new cushioned mats for a clean, safe, and elevated flow experience.

This is not your average class. It’s a party. It’s Pilates. It’s a vibe.

PILATES IN THE CLUB — LIABILITY WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE

By attending and/or participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participating in Pilates, physical exercise, or any movement-based activity in a nightclub setting involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, slipping, tripping, loud music, bright or flashing lights, or contact with objects or other participants. I am voluntarily participating in this event and accept full responsibility for any injuries or complications that may arise.

I further acknowledge that this event includes:
	•	Loud music and deep bass
	•	Strobe and flashing lights
	•	Potential aerial drone operation (for video/photo purposes)
	•	A shoes-off policy for sanitation
	•	Crowds and limited visibility due to ambient lighting

I certify that I am physically able to participate in the class and do not have any health conditions that would be affected by lights, sound, movement, or group exercise. I understand that participation is at my own risk.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release and discharge Pilates in the Club, its organizers, instructors, contractors, venue partners (including but not limited to Kingdom Nightclub), sponsors, staff, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this event.

This includes, but is not limited to:
	•	Physical injury or discomfort
	•	Damage to personal property
	•	Allergic reactions
	•	Emotional distress
	•	Accidents involving drones or filming equipment
	•	Reactions to lighting or sound
	•	Slips, falls, or unforeseen hazards
	•	Injury resulting from intoxication, drug use, or undisclosed health conditions

I also understand that no medical staff will be on-site, and I take full responsibility for my well-being throughout the event.

3. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

I confirm the following:
	•	I will bring my own yoga mat and understand that extras will not be provided.
	•	I will wear easy slip-on shoes and follow the shoes-off policy while on the practice floor.
	•	I am responsible for arriving early to secure parking, as parking is extremely limited and no spaces are guaranteed by event organizers.
	•	I confirm that I am 21 years or older, or I have not misrepresented my age to gain entry to the event or receive services including beverages.

4. SUBSTANCE USE & BEHAVIOR

I acknowledge that consuming alcohol, THC, or any other intoxicating substances before or during the event is at my own discretion and risk. If I am under the influence and become injured or ill, I understand that PITC, its staff, or the venue is not responsible.

Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. MEDIA RELEASE

By entering this event, I grant permission to Pilates in the Club and its media partners to record, photograph, and film me during the event. This content may be used for promotional, commercial, or editorial purposes across digital and physical media.

This includes footage from:
	•	Photographers
	•	Videographers
	•	Drones
	•	Influencers or press

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such content and understand that all media becomes property of the event organizers.

6. COVID-19 & GENERAL WELLNESS

I confirm I will not attend the event if I am experiencing symptoms of illness or have tested positive for a contagious condition within 5 days of the event. I acknowledge that despite sanitation efforts, the event carries some health risks.

7. EMAIL CONSENT & DATA USE

By RSVPing or attending this event, I understand and agree that my email address and contact information may be used by Pilates in the Club (PITC) for future event communications, promotional materials, and brand updates.

I also acknowledge that my email may be shared with partnered venues and event collaborators, including but not limited to Kingdom Nightclub, for the purpose of:
	•	Providing event updates
	•	Sending special offers
	•	Communicating about related nightlife or wellness experiences

I understand that I can unsubscribe from any future communications at any time, but I agree to this use of my contact information as a condition of entry and participation in this event.

BY ATTENDING, I AGREE TO THIS WAIVER.

This waiver shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms in full.
