PILATES IN THE CLUB LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in Pilates In The Club involves physical activity, including but not limited to mat Pilates, and may take place in a nightclub environment with loud music, low lighting, smoke effects, and crowded conditions. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle injury, falls, dizziness, fainting, heart complications, and other physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Health Acknowledgment
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this activity and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any concerns. I agree to stop participating immediately if I feel unwell, dizzy, or experience any discomfort.

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Pilates In The Club, its owners, instructors, DJs, staff, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and partners, as well as Kingdom Austin, its owners, employees, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in or attending the event.

4. Alcohol and Beverage Acknowledgment
I understand that alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages may be available at the venue. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own consumption and actions and will not participate in the class under the influence of alcohol or substances that may impair my ability to safely participate.

5. Personal Property
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that Pilates In The Club and Kingdom Austin are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Photo and Media Release
I grant permission to Pilates In The Club and its partners to capture photo and video content during the event and to use my likeness for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

7. Event Policies
I agree to follow all event rules, including bringing my own mat, not wearing shoes on the main floor, and following instructions from staff at all times. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

8. Age Requirement
I acknowledge that this is a 21+ event and I will present valid identification upon entry.

9. Emergency Medical Care
In the event of an emergency, I authorize event staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any costs incurred.

10. Agreement and Acknowledgment
I have read this waiver in full, understand its terms, and agree to be legally bound by it. I acknowledge that I am waiving certain legal rights by signing this document.
