SATURDAY DAY PARTY — PILATES IN THE CLUB LAS VEGAS ☀️

Saturday, we’re taking over Bauhaus for a full daytime wellness-meets-club experience — blending Pilates, high-energy beats, vibez, and local Vegas vendors. This Vegas edition also features a recovery reset with Etho Wellness Club, bringing portable saunas and cold plunges into the club for the ultimate post-sweat experience.

The day kicks off with a fun daytime vibe — open public access to vendors, goodies, music, and the Etho sauna + cold plunge experience. At **1:00 PM**, the space transitions into a client-only experience, leading into Pilates.

🧘‍♀️ **Class Times:** 1:30 PM + 2:30 PM
⏱ **Duration:** 50 minutes

Guests attending Pilates can expect a high-energy, all-levels, feel-good techno set class. VIP ticket includes the Etho experience for post-class recovery, plus a mocktail, cocktail, or drink of choice from Bauhaus.

**Parking:**
Street parking is available nearby. Arrive early to check in, park, and enjoy the full day party atmosphere.

PILATES IN THE CLUB – WAIVER AND
RELEASE OF LIABILITY

(January 16–17, 2026 – Bauhaus Las Vegas, NV)

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned
participant (“Participant”) in consideration of being permitted to attend, enter, and participate in
Pilates In the Club (“Event”) on January 16 and/or January 17, 2026, hosted at Bauhaus Las
Vegas, located at 115 N 7th St, Las Vegas, NV 89101.

The Event includes fitness instruction, wellness experiences, vendor activations, brand
partnerships, product giveaways, food and beverage offerings, music, media production, and
related activities provided by Pilates In the Club, Bauhaus Las Vegas, Etho Wellness Club,
and all associated instructors, owners, co-founders, employees, DJs, operators, event staff,
production teams, brand partners, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, giveaway partners,
contractors, volunteers, media personnel, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”).

By purchasing a ticket, registering, signing electronically, accepting any product or service, or
entering the Event premises, Participant knowingly and voluntarily agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk – Fitness, Wellness & Event
Activities
• I understand that participation in Pilates, fitness classes, movement sessions, wellness
experiences, demonstrations, vendor activations, and related activities involves inherent risks,
including but not limited to muscle strain, sprain, fracture, joint injury, dizziness, fainting,
dehydration, abnormal blood pressure, cardiac events, allergic reactions, or other serious injury.
• I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or
unforeseeable, arising from my participation in any Event activity.
• I affirm that I am physically capable of participating and have consulted a physician regarding
any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that could affect my safety.

2. Venue & Nightclub Environment Risks
• I understand that the Event takes place in a nightclub and event venue environment that may
include loud amplified music, flashing or strobe lighting, fog or atmospheric effects, low lighting,
crowds, uneven or slippery surfaces, elevated platforms, and reduced visibility.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the venue environment and agree to remain
aware of my surroundings at all times.

3. Cold Plunge & Sauna – Etho Wellness Club
• I understand that Etho Wellness Club will provide cold plunge and/or sauna experiences at
the Event.
• I acknowledge that exposure to extreme cold or heat carries serious risks, including shock,
dizziness, fainting, burns, hypothermia, hyperthermia, blood pressure changes, heart rhythm
disturbances, respiratory distress, or cardiac events.
• I understand that alcohol consumption significantly increases these risks.
• I acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary and that no medical screening,
diagnosis, monitoring, or supervision is provided.
• I accept full responsibility for determining whether I should participate based on my health,
physical condition, and alcohol consumption.
• I expressly release and hold harmless Etho Wellness Club and all Released Parties from any
and all claims arising from or related to cold plunge or sauna participation.

4. Alcohol Consumption & Personal Responsibility
• Alcohol may be present and served only to guests aged 21 or older with valid identification.
• If I consume alcohol, I do so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for my actions,
decisions, and physical condition.
• I understand that combining alcohol with physical activity, wellness experiences, sauna use,
or cold plunge substantially increases the risk of serious injury or death.
• I agree that the Released Parties bear no responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, or
legal issue related to alcohol consumption.

5. Vendors, Sponsors, Giveaways & Brand Activations
• I understand that vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, and brand partners may be present during the
Event on one or both days, including Friday giveaways and Saturday vendor experiences.
• I acknowledge that I may receive or consume food, beverages, supplements, products,
samples, or services provided by third-party vendors or partners at my own risk.
• I understand that Pilates in the Club and the Event organizers do not manufacture, control, or
guarantee vendor products or services.
• I release and hold harmless all vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, giveaway partners, brand
partners, and affiliates, as well as the Released Parties, from any claims related to allergic
reactions, adverse effects, product defects, foodborne illness, or dissatisfaction.

6. Photography, Videography & Media (Including Drones)
• I understand that photography, videography, audio recording, and drone footage may occur
during the Event.
• I acknowledge that filming equipment may operate above, around, or near participants and
assume all associated risks.
• I grant irrevocable permission for my name, image, likeness, and voice to be used in
promotional, marketing, commercial, or social media materials without compensation.
• I waive any right to inspect or approve final content.

7. Attendance, Conduct & Refund Policy
• I am responsible for arriving early for parking, check-in, and preparation.
• Late arrival, missed participation, or failure to bring required equipment (including an exercise
mat) results in forfeiture of my ticket.
• All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason.

8. Equipment, Sanitation & Communicable Diseases
• I agree to bring my own exercise mat; mats are not provided.
• I understand that the Event environment is not sterile and may expose me to germs,
allergens, or communicable diseases, including COVID-19.
• I assume all such risks and release the Released Parties from related claims.

9. Parking, Transportation & Personal Property
• I assume all risks related to parking, transportation, theft, towing, damage, or loss of personal
property.
• If I consume alcohol, I am solely responsible for arranging safe transportation.

10. Release of Liability & Indemnification
• I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Released Parties from any
and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related
to my participation in the Event, including those caused by ordinary negligence, to the fullest
extent permitted by law.
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third-party claims
arising from my actions, conduct, or participation.

11. Governing Law & Venue
• This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State
of Nevada.
• Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County,
Nevada.

12. Severability
• If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions
shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Acknowledgment & Electronic Acceptance
• I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Agreement.
• I understand that it is legally binding and intended to release liability to the fullest extent
permitted by law.
• I agree that my ticket purchase, registration, electronic acceptance, receipt of any product or
service, or entry into the Event constitutes my legal signature and acceptance of all terms.
