**Praise.Pray.Pilates at the Park is a peaceful, faith-filled gathering where we slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with God and one another. We begin with grounding breath work, meditate on scripture, and take a few moments to journal what the Holy Spirit is stirring in us. Then we move into a 50‑minute Pilates flow designed for all levels—gentle, strengthening, and accessible for every body.**

After movement, we break into small groups to share, encourage, and meet new friends who are walking their own faith and wellness journeys. And to make the morning even sweeter, everyone enjoys free coffee from The Chosen Bean.

It’s a beautiful blend of community, scripture, movement, and rest—right in the fresh air of the park.
