# 🌿 FREE Pilates in the Park 🌿

**Farmers market meets wellness.**

Join Sculpt Social Club for a morning filled with movement, community, and supporting local businesses in the beautiful surroundings of Settlers' Park.

Your **FREE ticket** reserves your spot in our instructor-led Pilates class, designed for **all ages, all fitness levels, and every body.** Whether it's your first class or your hundredth, everyone is welcome.

Pilates class tickets are limited so advance registration is required to reserve your spot.

After the Pilates class wraps up around **11:00 AM**, attendees are invited to enjoy our wellness market by shopping local vendors and taking advantage of **free and exclusive discounted wellness services** available throughout the event. Invite your friends and family to stop by, browse local women-owned businesses, connect with the community, and enjoy a morning focused on health, wellness, and supporting small businesses. 

We'll also have **Moe Joe's Food Truck** on-site serving delicious food, and we're proud to share that a portion of their proceeds from the event will be donated to **Guardian Angel Community Services**, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing support and resources for women and families in need.

✨ **Bring a mat and a water bottle for class.**

You'll also have the chance to **enter raffles featuring wellness services and products** generously donated by our incredible local vendors, making it a fun way to discover and support businesses in our community.

This isn't just a workout—it's a chance to slow down, meet new people, discover incredible local businesses, support a meaningful local cause, and spend a Saturday morning celebrating wellness and community.

Sculpt Social Club – Pilates in the Park Participant Waiver & Release
By registering for and participating in this free Pilates class hosted by Sculpt Social Club, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in physical exercise, including Pilates, stretching, strength exercises, and other fitness activities, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, and, in rare cases, serious injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation.
Health Acknowledgment
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this class. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my physician before participating if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that could affect my ability to exercise safely.
If at any time I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort, I will immediately stop participating and seek appropriate medical attention if necessary.
Participant Conduct
I agree to treat all participants, instructors, volunteers, vendors, and event staff with kindness and respect. I will help maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone in attendance. I also agree to respect the park, surrounding facilities, equipment, and property by disposing of trash properly, following any posted park rules, and leaving the event space clean. Sculpt Social Club reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful without notice.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Sculpt Social Club, its owners, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and event partners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including injuries or property damage, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Personal Responsibility
I agree to participate at my own pace, use good judgment throughout the class, remain hydrated, and bring any necessary medications or personal medical devices that I may require.
Photo & Video Release
I understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, I grant Sculpt Social Club permission to use my image or likeness in photographs and videos without compensation. If I do not wish to appear in photos or videos, I will notify the event organizer before the class begins.
Minors
Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration and agree to this waiver on their behalf.
Agreement
By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver, voluntarily agree to its terms, and understand that I am giving up certain legal rights by participating.
