We’re back this **Saturday, December 13th from 8:00–9:30 AM** for a festive edition of **Pilates in the Park**!
Come dressed in **red** for a fun holiday pop of color and get ready for a morning of movement, sunshine, and community vibes ❤️✨

our certified instructor & co-founder **Steph (@estephaniakatz)** will be teaching for the community!.

### 🧘‍♀️ What to Expect:

• A Pilates class on the grass at Margaret Pace Park
• A post-class community walk to grab coffee (because lattes are always part of the plan!)

Margaret Pace Park — grass area by the water, near the basketball court

### ⏰ Time:

8:00–9:30 AM

### 💧 Bring:

Your mat + water bottle + best energy

By registering, purchasing a ticket, or attending this event, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in Pilates, fitness, and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, slips, trips, falls, exposure to outdoor conditions, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Waiver & Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Pilates Girlies LLC dba Pilates & Lattes Club, its founders (including Steph Katz), instructors, event partners, volunteers, and the City of Miami from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe involvement. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any concerns.

4. Property & Personal Belongings

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own personal property. The organizers and City of Miami are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.

5. Media Release

I grant permission for Pilates & Lattes Club to use any photographs, video, or media recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.

6. Binding Effect

This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I have read and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release as a condition of participation.
