*Pilates in the Park* is a free community fitness class designed to bring people of all ages and fitness levels together. The class blends energizing Pilates movements with uplifting music in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Everyone is encouraged to join — whether they’re brand new to Pilates or experienced movers — making it a space where the community can connect, move, and feel good together.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of participating in Pilates in the Park, hosted by Pilates & Juice:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in Pilates, fitness, and related activities is voluntary. I certify that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely engaging in the class.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, muscle strains, sprains, injury, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event.

3. Juice Consumption Disclaimer

Juices served at Pilates in the Park are made with fresh, natural fruits and vegetables. These juices are not pasteurized and may contain naturally occurring bacteria that could be harmful to certain individuals, including young children, the elderly, pregnant women, and those with weakened immune systems. By consuming these products, I acknowledge and accept the risks associated with drinking unpasteurized juice.

4. Waiver & Release of Liability

By signing this waiver, I release and discharge Pilates & Juice, Keyla Prichard, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, event partners, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from participation in this event or from consuming juices provided at the event.

5. Age Requirement

I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will sign this waiver on their behalf.

6. Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Pilates & Juice and its representatives to secure medical treatment deemed necessary, at my own expense.

7. Media Release 

I grant permission to be photographed or recorded during the event, with the understanding that images may be used for promotional or marketing purposes by Pilates & Juice.
