**Join us for a special Pilates on the Beach** 🌊☀️

Miami is *hot*, so we’re trading the park for the ocean.

Join **Larissa** and **Pilates & Lattes Club co-founder Steph** for a one-time beachfront Pilates class in front of **Nikki Beach**. Move with us as the sun rises, connect with an incredible community of women, and cool off with a swim after class.

**After Class**
Instead of heading to coffee, we’re heading straight into the ocean! 🌊 Bring your swimsuit if you’d like and join us for a refreshing dip after class. It’s the perfect way to cool off, chat, and make new friends.

Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

By registering for and/or participating in any Pilates & Lattes Club event through SweatPals, including but not limited to Pilates in the Park classes held at Margaret Pace Park, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Pilates, fitness classes, walking to nearby cafés, and related wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, falls, illness, or other health complications. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

Health Representation

I affirm that I am physically able to participate in Pilates and light walking activities. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. I agree to modify or stop participation at any time if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Release & Waiver

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Pilates & Lattes Club, its founders, owners, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, hired instructors, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including but not limited to claims arising from negligence.

This release applies to all activities connected to the event, including classes, walking to local cafés, and social gatherings before or after the event.

Public Space Acknowledgment

I understand that this event takes place in a public park and surrounding public areas and that Pilates & Lattes Club does not control or guarantee the conditions of the park, weather, surfaces, other park visitors, or any hazards associated with outdoor environments.

Personal Property

I acknowledge that Pilates & Lattes Club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Photo & Media Release

I grant permission for Pilates & Lattes Club to use photographs and video recordings taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

Illness & Public Health Acknowledgment

I acknowledge the risk of exposure to illness in public group settings and voluntarily assume all related risks.

Binding Agreement

I understand that by completing my registration through SweatPals and participating in the event, I am electronically agreeing to this waiver and release of liability. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
