Pilates, Jesus & the Girlies is a Christ-centered gathering for women to connect through movement, faith, and community. The morning will begin with a mat Pilates session, followed by a short devotional and intentional time to fellowship with other women pursuing Jesus. Guests will also be able to enjoy a selection of Christian women-owned businesses and local vendors offering wellness, beauty, faith and lifestyle products to shop and support.

Assumption of Risk: I understand that Pilates involves physical exertion and I voluntarily assume all risk of injury.
Self-Care: I agree to listen to my body, move at my own pace, and stop if I feel pain.
Health Status: I confirm I am in good health and will notify the instructor of any pre-existing injuries before the session starts.
Release: I release the instructor and organizers from all liability for injuries or damages arising from this event.
Media Release
I consent to being photographed or filmed during the session. I grant permission for these images/videos to be used for social media and promotional purposes without compensation.
