Each ticket includes an exclusive, unreleased Embody Label mocha set from our summer collection, gifted for you to wear during class. This set will not be available to the public until after the event.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Pilates & Lattes, I understand and agree to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in a mat Pilates class involves physical activity that may include stretching, balance work, strength movements, and other exercises. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and that I am doing so voluntarily and at my own risk.

I accept full responsibility for any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations I may have, whether known or unknown, and I release all parties listed below from any liability related to my participation.

2. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless:

• Embody Label LLC
• Jennifer Jimenez
• Instructor Cailynn Joyner
• The Noble Brew Coffee Shop

from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during or after the event, including while changing, participating in the class, or consuming beverages on-site.

This release applies to all forms of negligence except those prohibited by law.

3. Photography + Content Use

I understand that this event will be photographed and filmed for marketing and promotional purposes for Embody Label and Embody & Sculpt. By attending, I grant permission for my likeness, image, and participation to be used without compensation.

4. Non-Refundable Tickets

I understand that all ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting the host at Jenn@embodylabel.com.

5. Event Experience + Clothing

I understand that my Embody set will be provided at the event and I will have the opportunity to change on-site. I am responsible for selecting my size at checkout. Embody Label will bring a limited number of alternate sizes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Once worn, sets cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Personal Belongings

I understand that Embody & Sculpt, Embody Label, and Noble Brew are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

By completing my ticket purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability. I confirm that all information I provide is accurate, and I accept all terms listed above.
