I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and understand it is my responsibility to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, stay hydrated, and take breaks when necessary.

I release and hold harmless the event hosts, instructors, venue, vendors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in this event, including injury, illness, heat-related conditions, or loss/damage of personal property.

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes. By attending, I grant permission for my image, likeness, and voice to be used without compensation or further approval.

I acknowledge that beverages and refreshments may be available during the event. I understand that I am fully responsible for the beverages I choose to consume and any effects, allergies, sensitivities, or reactions related to those beverages.

By attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
