Join us for a slow, supportive, feel-good morning of movement at Eden House (1123 Providence St.).
We’ll move through a prenatal + postpartum-friendly mat Pilates class designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and connected to your body. Postpartum mamas are welcome to bring their babies — this space is built with you in mind 👶💗
After class, stay for a matcha or coffee of your choice (included in your ticket!) and connect with other mamas who are navigating the same season.
