Start your Sunday with intention. Join us on the patio at Leeland House for a sculpting, mindful 50-minute Pilates flow led by Lante Pilates. Expect good music, good community, and your choice of a complimentary matcha or coffee to sip post-class.

This full-body experience is designed to energize, ground, and realign. We’ll move through deep core activation, posture work, and intentional breath-to-movement connection. All levels are welcome. This is a co-ed session.
