By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Paris Mon Amour – Pilates & Mocktails, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that this event includes physical activity, including but not limited to Pilates, movement exercises, and wellness activations. I am voluntarily participating and acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, dizziness, or injury.
2. Health & Medical Responsibility
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to engaging in physical activity if I have any concerns.
I agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop participation if I feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, or unwell at any time.
3. Assumption of Risk
I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation in this event.
4. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Women in Wealth LLC, event organizers, instructors, venue owners, sponsors, vendors, contractors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation in this event.
5. Nutrition & Mocktail Disclaimer
I understand that any beverages, supplements, or mocktails provided are for general wellness enjoyment only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. I am responsible for checking ingredients and informing myself of any allergies or sensitivities.
6. Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for Women in Wealth LLC to photograph, film, or record me during the event and to use such content for marketing, promotional, educational, or social media purposes without compensation.
7. Personal Belongings
I understand that the event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
8. Agreement to Terms
I acknowledge that I have read this waiver in full, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. I understand that by attending this event, I am waiving certain legal rights.
