PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & MEDIA CONSENT

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in Pilates & Mocktails and related activities may involve physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Pilates and fitness activities
• Stretching and exercise movements
• Line dancing and dance-related activities
• Cold plunge experiences
• Wellness activations and demonstrations
• Vendor experiences
• Use of a mechanical bull (if provided)
• Walking on uneven surfaces or outdoor areas
• Any other activities offered during the event

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, injuries, illness, muscle strains, bruises, sprains, fractures, head injuries, drowning risks associated with water-based activities, and any other foreseeable or unforeseeable risks.

2. HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in event activities and have consulted a physician if necessary regarding my participation.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that I may stop any activity at any time if I feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or other symptoms.

3. COLD PLUNGE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I understand that participation in cold plunge activities may expose me to cold temperatures and physical stress. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for my health condition.

4. MECHANICAL BULL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

If a mechanical bull is provided at the event, I understand that participation is voluntary and may involve risks including falls, impact injuries, bruises, strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with riding or attempting to ride a mechanical bull.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge The Inner Well Collective, Women in Wealth, event organizers, venue owners, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, contractors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or causes of action arising from my participation in the event.

This release applies to personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, disability, or death resulting from participation in event activities.

6. EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE

In the event of an emergency, I authorize event organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

7. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I understand that photographs, videos, recordings, testimonials, and other media may be captured during the event.

By attending, I grant The Inner Well Collective, Women in Wealth, and its affiliates permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes in any media format without compensation.

8. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I agree to follow all event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by event staff, instructors, vendors, and venue personnel.

I understand that event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

9. AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver, Release of Liability, and Media Consent Agreement.

I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
