Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in The Women in Wealth Wellness Event, which may include (but is not limited to) Pilates, light physical activity, sampling of wellness products (such as protein mocktails, specialty matcha, and other food or beverages), as well as interaction with vendors and use of event facilities, involves certain inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips or falls, muscle strain or injury, allergic reactions, or other unforeseen health issues. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I confirm that I am in good physical condition and able to participate in the event’s activities. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with my physician before participating in physical activities or consuming any food or beverage offered at the event.

I agree to inform the organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs in advance.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Women in Wealth, the event hosts, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and Open House Orlando, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness I may sustain while participating in the event.
