PRETTY X PILATES — EVENT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By purchasing a ticket and attending Pilates on a Yacht hosted by Pretty x Pilates, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in fitness activities, wellness activations, and yacht-related experiences involves physical activity and certain inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, falls, muscle strain, motion sickness, or accidents.
Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily participate in all activities at my own risk and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
Medical Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the activities offered and understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician if I have any medical concerns prior to attending.
Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Pretty x Pilates, its founders, instructors, event staff, venue partners, sponsors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in the event.
Photography & Media Release
I understand that photos and videos may be captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, I grant permission for my likeness to be used across social media, websites, promotional materials, and future marketing content without compensation.
Personal Belongings
Pretty x Pilates is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.
Weather & Event Changes
I understand that event details, schedules, vendors, and activations are subject to change due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
