By participating in this free class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that Pilates, strength training, mobility work, and running involve physical activity that carries potential risks. I am voluntarily choosing to participate.
2. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that injuries can occur during physical activity. I agree that I am responsible for listening to my body, modifying movements as needed, and stopping if I feel pain or discomfort.
3. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Dani Latorre / Dani Does It All LLC, all instructors, staff, and partners from any liability, claims, or demands arising from injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur before, during, or after the class.
4. Health Clearance
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely engaging in exercise. If I have concerns, I have consulted with a healthcare provider.
5. Filming & Media Consent
I understand that this class may be recorded for social media, marketing, and promotional use. By attending, I grant permission for my image, voice, and likeness to appear in photos or videos without compensation.
6. Personal Belongings & Parking
I understand that I am responsible for my own belongings. Dani Does It All LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Parking is at my own risk, and I assume responsibility for any parking fees, fines, towing, or damages.
7. Agreement
By signing or attending this class, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms above.
