In honor of Mental Health Month, **Lunges & Lattes** and **Inner Wealth Collective** invite you to an experience rooted in movement, creativity, and connection.

This intimate 2-hr gathering blends a strengthening Pilates flow with a soft, expressive watercolor experience, designed to reconnect you to your body, your creativity, and each other.



**What to expect:**
– 45-min sculpting Pilates flow (core-focused, intentional burn) by Lunges & Lattes

– Nourishing matcha smoothies by Olia, our incredible food partner (ingredients: Matcha, Spirulina, Vegan Vanilla Protein, Spinach, Banana)

– 1-hour watercolor experience with Utopia & Sunday Studio, where structure meets fluidity

– Thoughtful connection, meaningful conversation, and curated gifts from our partners

In return for being permitted to participate in the event identified below, including all associated activities and services offered at the event, and use of the premises, facilities, staff, equipment, and transportation (collectively, the “Event”), I, for myself and for my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, and any other person or entity acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and promise not to sue the Released Parties (as identified below) for any claim, damages, or liability, including from the negligence of the Released Parties, in connection with my participation in the Event, including without limitation, personal injury (including death), accidents or illnesses, and loss or damage to personal property.

“Released Parties” means Inner Wealth Collective, its founders, owners, partners, affiliates, contractors, instructors, facilitators, sponsors, advertisers, service and treatment providers, and other persons involved in the planning, organization, promotion, or execution of the Event, the owners and lessors of the premises where the Event is located, and all officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents of any of the foregoing.

DESCRIPTION OF EVENT & ACTIVITIES

Event Name: Inner Wealth Collective Event

Event Activities: Event activities may include, without limitation, the serving and consumption of food and beverages, light to moderate physical activity, stretching, yoga, pilates, breathwork, meditation, guided workshops, facilitated discussions, dancing, walking, wellness education, sound baths, group gatherings, and other community-based wellness experiences.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

I acknowledge and agree that participation in the Event is completely voluntary, and that the Event activities involve certain inherent risks which cannot be completely eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid them. The specific risks vary from one activity to another, and some risks may not yet be known, but may include, without limitation:

Physical injury such as sprains, strains, bruises, or soreness

Dizziness, fatigue, or loss of balance

Eye, joint, or bone injuries

Concussions or loss of consciousness

Exacerbation of pre-existing medical conditions

Risks associated with the consumption of food and beverages, including choking, foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or other adverse reactions

Minor or severe burns (e.g., from hot surfaces or beverages)

Exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness

By clicking the consent box or electronically signing this Agreement, I represent and acknowledge that I have considered the risks associated with participation, that I do not have any medical condition or sensitivity that would make participation unsafe, that I have consulted a medical provider or chosen not to do so, and that I am voluntarily choosing to participate despite potential risks.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses (including attorneys’ fees), damages, and liabilities arising out of my participation in the Event or my breach of this Agreement.

REPRESENTATION OF AGE

I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of signing this Agreement. Individuals under the age of eighteen are strictly prohibited from attending or participating in the Event.

CERTIFICATION OF SOBRIETY & PHYSIOLOGICAL SAFETY

I certify that I have not consumed alcohol, illegal drugs, or substances that may impair my judgment, coordination, or physical safety prior to participation. I understand that Inner Wealth Collective reserves the right to deny participation or remove individuals for safety reasons without refund.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

I grant permission to the Released Parties to use my name, image, likeness, and/or voice in photographs, videos, or recordings captured during the Event for marketing, promotional, or lawful purposes across any media, without compensation. I waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive copies of such materials.

SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Event is held.

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

I agree that my electronic signature or consent has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

NO REFUNDS / EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand and agree that all ticket purchases and fees paid to Inner Wealth Collective are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to circumstances involving illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather, or personal emergencies.

I acknowledge that failure to attend, partial attendance, or removal from the Event for safety or policy reasons does not entitle me to a refund, credit, or transfer, except where required by law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement in its entirety, fully understand its terms, have had the opportunity to consult legal counsel, and understand that I am waiving substantial legal rights. I am signing this Agreement freely and voluntarily and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
