Flow through a Pilates class led by @gabylora\_ followed by a grounding movement to cool off and optional plunge.&#x20;

**What To Expect:**
\- 50 minute Pilates class on the sand
\- Mat set up provided by Carmu (no need to bring your own mat)
\- Light bites by Carrot Express
\- Goodies and giveaways from Peach Lab
\- Hosts: Grind by Gaby Lora x Meet & Move Social Club
