Join us as we bring **Pilates & Paws** back to **Central Park** (East Garden) this summer for a morning of movement, puppy love, and community.

Bring your pup (optional, but highly encouraged!) and enjoy a **45-minute** full-body **mat Pilates flow** designed for all levels. After class, stay to **connect** with fellow dog lovers over **coffee** from **Jolene,** **wellness shots** and **light bites** by **Pura Vida**, while your pup makes new friends and enjoys fresh **food** from **Spot & Tango**, delicious **treats** from **Woof Tang**, and a special **surprise** gift from **Evers Tail**.
