Join us for a special morning designed for moms and little ones where movement, play, and connection come together.&#x20;



Pilates Playdate is a pop-up Mommy and Me Pilates experience hosted by Encircle Movement at Little Nuggets Soft Play Adventures at the Mellwood Arts Center.&#x20;

We’ll begin with a 45-minute all-levels Pilates class focused on rebuilding core strength, supporting posture, and feeling good in your body. After class, stay and enjoy open play, sip on a latte, connect with other moms, and ease into the rest of your day.



**What to expect:**
• Doors open at 9a to give you time to get settled in
• Class starts at 9:15a, yoga mat and props provided
• Open play after class from 10a-11a
• Complementary latte or matcha from the Nugget Nook Cafe 



**What to bring:**
• Water bottle

• Grippy socks for you and your little one
• Yourself exactly as you are



**Spots are limited** to keep the experience comfortable and intimate. All ages and stages welcome!&#x20;

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participating in any physical activity, including Pilates exercises, carries inherent risks. I acknowledge that both I and my child may be engaging in activities involving physical exertion that may result in injury. I confirm that I have consulted with a physician and have no known medical conditions that would prevent me or my child from safely participating in Pilates.

2. Voluntary Participation
I voluntarily agree to participate in the Mom & Baby Pilates class and allow my child to participate as well. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring our own condition and well-being throughout the session.

3. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Encircle Movement and Little Nuggets Softplay Adventures, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Pilates class and play session. This includes any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Parental Consent and Responsibility
I understand I am responsible for my child’s behavior and safety during the class. I agree to supervise and ensure my child is not endangering themselves or others. I understand this is not a childcare service, and I must be present with my child at all times.

5. Photo/Video Release 
I grant permission for Encircle Movement and Little Nuggets Softplay Adventures to use photographs or videos of me and/or my child for promotional purposes.

6. Agreement to Terms
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release. I acknowledge that I am giving up legal rights by signing it, and I sign it freely and voluntarily.
