This event includes mat Pilates, cold plunge (ice bath immersion), and infrared sauna sessions. I understand these activities involve inherent risks including muscle strain, joint injury, dizziness, fainting, hypothermia, cardiac stress, heat exhaustion, and other physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
I confirm that I am in good physical health and have consulted a physician if I have any history of heart disease, blood pressure issues, circulatory conditions, seizures, or pregnancy. I understand that cold plunge and sauna sessions are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have uncontrolled heart conditions, or have open wounds. I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I will notify event staff immediately if I feel unwell.
I release Modern Mat Method LLC, Chill Haus, their owners, employees, instructors, agents, and venue hosts from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from any injury sustained during this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I consent to the use of photos and videos captured at this event for promotional purposes including social media and marketing.
