Join us tor a morning or movement, recovery, and community. we’llkick it off  with a beach mat Pilates class lead by Cait -— minatul movement, mobily, and core strength. With modifications for all levels. Then we'll head to LikeMinded for cold plunge, sauna, and time to connect. Mats and goodies provided! 
- bring a swimsuit and come ready to move, recover, and connect.
