SUNNE LIFE POP‑UP WORKOUT WAIVER AND RELEASE
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any fitness activities, classes, events, or programs provided or hosted by Sunne Life (“Activity”), I, the undersigned Participant, agree as follows:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips and falls, muscle strains, sprains, broken bones, heart issues, and other serious injury or death, as well as damage or loss to personal property. I voluntarily choose to participate and fully assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with the Activity, whether arising from my own actions, the actions of others, the condition of the premises, weather, equipment, or any other cause.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Sunne Life, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or liability of any kind, including for personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or related in any way to my participation in the Activity, INCLUDING CLAIMS ALLEGING THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF ANY RELEASED PARTY.

Indemnification
I agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) brought by me or any third party arising out of or related to my participation in the Activity, my actions, or my breach of this agreement.

Health and Fitness Certification
I certify that I am in good physical condition, have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, and have consulted with a physician if necessary. I understand that the Released Parties are not providing medical care and that I am solely responsible for monitoring my own health and exertion during the Activity.

Use of Premises and Property
I agree to comply with all rules and instructions of Sunne Life and any venue or property owner where the Activity is held. I accept responsibility for any damage I cause to equipment, facilities, or property and will promptly reimburse Sunne Life or the property owner for such damage.

Florida Law; Severability
I understand this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under Florida law and to clearly and unambiguously release the Released Parties from liability for ordinary negligence. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment
I have read this Waiver and Release carefully, understand its terms, and understand that by signing I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue the Released Parties for ordinary negligence. I sign this agreement freely and voluntarily.
