Well & Wild: Sculpt Saturday at Purify Sweat & Chill Lounge

Spend the last Saturday of every month with Samantha at Purify Sweat & Chill Lounge in downtown Sarasota for an energizing 45-minute mat Pilates class to close out your month and start your weekend right. 

After class, hang around to mingle with local wellness enthusiasts during social potion of the morning and get to know Pilates lovers in the area.

Cold plunge is included but optional for class participants.

Bring your own mats, towels, change of clothes and water bottle.
